I always say that learning from experience is the learning that you keep forever and this adds to the pile for me. I have a 2006 Dodge RAM 1500 SLT 4X4. I have purchased the 9297 page Service manual for my truck so I can save some money on repairs and simple (with the manual) repairs. Both that Dodge service manual and the Amazon vehicle check say that these Gorilla wheel nuts / wheel locks fit my truck. What is the problem? Well my truck came (bought used) with the factory (dealer?) installed 20" X 9" plastic clad alloy wheels and they are not 1/2" but actually 9/16" X 18 so these beautiful locking wheel nuts do not fit and I'm returning them. Of course I did not get to use them but they came on time and look great and of course you get the wheel nut specific socket with this kit. The problem now is that the Gorilla locking wheel nut that does fit my truck is not on Amazon and the best I've found so far is $3.29 per nut for around $90 for the set of 20. If these actually fit your vehicle, I recommend them.

With the most recent ones of these I bought the plastic pin on the back that goes through the door mounting bracket doesnt line up (in the wrong spot) so had to cut it off and used all 4 bolts on the bracket so seems to work. Also the packaging is smaller and this time at least comes with the rivets.. NOTE: says made in China.... the last ones before these were in a bigger package no rivets but the plastic pin was in the correct spot. Not a big deal but FYI..
